Service Description

EnaCast provides radio streaming, automatic podcast recording, and related services for radio stations and broadcasters.

Account Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding broadcasting
  • Not use the service for illegal content or activities

    • Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed without VAT
  • VAT will be applied according to applicable regulations
  • Invoices are issued monthly
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Annual billing includes a 15% discount

    • Intellectual Property

  • Your content (recordings, podcasts, etc.) remains your property at all times
  • EnaCast retains ownership of its software, platform, and technology
  • You grant EnaCast a licence to host and distribute your content as part of the service

    • Content Ownership and Portability

    If you decide to cancel your subscription:

  • You will have access to download all your podcast files
  • We will assist with the transition to another provider if needed
  • Your content will remain available for download for 30 days after cancellation

    • Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime for all services
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
  • In case of service disruption, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible

    • Limitation of Liability

    EnaCast shall not be liable for:

  • Interruptions due to force majeure
  • Content broadcast by the user
  • Indirect or consequential damages

    • Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • EnaCast may terminate the service with 30 days' notice

    • Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.

    Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
